No Bake Kinder Bueno dessert
If you're a Kinder Bueno fan, this dessert might become your new favorite. It’s creamy, delicious, and super easy to make. The best part is that there’s no oven needed. I love whipping it up when I want something quick but still really satisfying.
Okay, so at first I really wanted to call this a Kinder Bueno Tiramisu, but I was honestly scared that the tiramisu police might show up in my TikTok comments. 😂 Just kidding (kind of), but you know how it is… people take their tiramisu very seriously! That said, the process is actually super similar. We're layering soaked ladyfingers with a creamy, fluffy mascarpone mixture, but instead of coffee and cocoa, this one is all about hazelnuts and that classic Kinder Bueno flavor.
This dessert is no bake, which makes it perfect for when you’re craving something indulgent but don’t want to turn on the oven. It’s simple, cozy and comes together in just a few steps. The base is made with ladyfingers soaked in milk and the cream is a dreamy combo of mascarpone, whipped cream and hazelnut spread. If you like Kinder Bueno candies, you’re going to love the layers of soft cookies and creamy filling in every bite.
You need to let it chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving. I know it’s tempting to dig in right away, but trust me, the texture and flavor get so much better once everything sets properly. I actually like to make it the night before and let it rest overnight. It cuts cleanly and tastes even richer the next day.
Personally, I absolutely loved this dessert. It’s creamy, sweet, nutty0 and full of that nostalgic Kinder flavor. But a small heads-up: it is on the sweeter side. If you’re not into really sweet desserts, this might not be for you. I wouldn’t call it sickly sweet, but it definitely leans more indulgent than subtle.
Tips and tricks
Don’t skip the chilling step! It’s crucial for the dessert to set properly and develop its full flavor.
Be careful not to overbeat the whipping cream. It should be stiff but not turning into butter. Just whipped enough to hold its shape.
Don’t just mix the whipping cream into the mascarpone. Make sure to fold it gently to keep that light, fluffy texture instead of a runny cream.
If you prefer a less sweet version, feel free to skip the extra sugar in the mascarpone cream. It still tastes amazing without it.
This dessert can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, but make sure to cover it to keep it fresh.
Ingredients you will need for this recipe
Mascarpone: Mascarpone is a rich, creamy Italian cheese that forms the base of the dessert’s filling. It’s similar to cream cheese but much softer and sweeter.
Whipping cream: Whipping cream adds lightness and volume to the mascarpone mixture, turning it into a creamy, airy filling. It’s essential to make sure you whip it to the right consistency. Not too stiff, just enough to hold its shape.
Sugar: You can adjust the sweetness based on your personal preference or skip it entirely for a less sugary treat.
Hazelnut cream: This is the key ingredient for giving the dessert its iconic hazelnutty flavor.
Milk: Milk is used to soak the ladyfingers, helping them absorb moisture and soften while maintaining their structure.
Lady fingers: Ladyfingers are the base of the dessert, acting like the sponge layer. They’re light, airy and absorb the milk, becoming soft and delicious.
Kinder Bueno: I used the Kinder Bueno candies as decoration on top of the dessert.
Chopped hazelnuts: Chopped hazelnuts are used as a garnish to add a bit of texture and crunch to the dessert.
Step by step instructions with photos

2. In another bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Scoop the whipped cream into the mascarpone-hazelnut mixture and gently fold it in. Make sure to be careful as overmixing can make it runny.

5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in milk (don’t soak them too long), then arrange a layer in a dish.
6. Spread half of the mascarpone-hazelnut cream over the ladyfingers.
