Ingredients

  • 50 g arugula (rocket)
  • 2 fresh figs
  • 1 cactus fruit (prickly pear)
  • 50g blackberries
  • 5-6 edible flowers (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and gently dry the arugula, blackberries, and edible flowers.
  2. Cut the figs into quarters.
  3. Carefully peel the cactus fruit (prickly pear) by cutting off both ends, making a slit down the side, and peeling back the skin. Cut the flesh into circles.
  4. Arrange the arugula evenly on two plates.
  5. Distribute the figs, cactus fruit, edible flowers and blackberries over the arugula.
  6. Drizzle the honey-olive oil mixture over the salad.
  7. Add a pinch of salt and the chopped pistachios.
  8. Enjoy.
