Grilled Peach and Plum Burrata Salad with Pistachios and Honey
Recipes -> Salads
This grilled peach and plum salad with burrata, figs, pistachios, and honey is a delicious mix of sweet, savory, and creamy flavors. It's an easy yet impressive dish that’s perfect for a light meal or side.
I wanted to try something different with my salad, so I decided to grill some peaches and plums to add a sweet, smoky flavor. Instead of firing up a grill, I just used a simple pan on the stovetop. Grilling the fruit this way brought out their natural sweetness and gave them a nice caramelized edge without much effort.
To make the salad more special, I added burrata, which is this amazing cheese that’s creamy on the inside. For some crunch, I sprinkled pistachios over the top. They added a nice texture and a slightly nutty flavor that worked really well with the fruit and cheese.
Finally, I drizzled some honey over everything. The honey added a bit more sweetness and also brought all the flavors together. It’s such a simple ingredient, but it made a big difference in the taste of the salad. The combination of sweet grilled fruit, creamy burrata, crunchy pistachios, and a touch of honey really worked well together.
The salad turned out to be a perfect balance of flavors and textures. It’s light but satisfying, and the different elements make each bite interesting. I wasn’t sure how it would all come together at first, but it ended up being a really delicious and easy dish that I’d definitely make again. Whether you’re having it on its own or as a side, this salad is a great way to enjoy some fresh, simple ingredients in a slightly unexpected way.
