Ingredients

  • 75g fresh arugula
  • 150g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 100g mini mozarella
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 15g olive oil
  • 15g balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First, prepare all the ingredients. Wash the arugula; wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  2. Place the arugula, tomatoes, basil leaves and mozarella in a bowl and gently toss them all together.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Divide the salad between two plates and enjoy.
